TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This document is our ‘terms and conditions’, and if you want to participate in the awards program, you’ll need to adhere to all the things that we’ve outlined for you below.
If you don’t agree with any of these terms, then don’t participate in the awards.
As with any fair competition, if you don’t comply with these terms and go ahead to register, we have the right to disqualify you or declare your entry ineligible so it’s important to take note of these terms.
As part of your participation we collect all kinds of information relating to you and your blog, including your responses to the entry forms which are then used to generate a report as well as site visits and interviews.
We may share this information with our related entities, business partners, Sponsors or other third party service providers engaged to help us with the Awards, and may continue to do so, even after you have participated in the Awards.
By participating you consent those with access to your information to use it to administer the Awards, send you marketing, invite you to be part of our initiatives including case studies, polls/surveys and to improve any products and services of ours, our related entities and our Sponsors.

One last thing - any reference to ‘you’ or ‘your’ includes you in your personal capacity, as a representative of the blog, as well as the blog being entered into.
The awards program is open to all blogs —but not those created by Infinity Blog Awards team members or sponsors and not those hosted on free blogging platforms,
. Entries may originate from any country.
To enter the awards please read the entry guidelines carefully
No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
Proof of submission of the entry is not proof of receipt. #InfinityBA reserves the right to not process entries which are illegible or those that do not include the correct amount of entered material.
Registration opens at 1 PM ET on the 10th of January 2021 and closes at 11:45 PM ET on 25 of February, 2021. Entry is complete FREE
Entries outside this time will not be processed. Infinity Blog Awards reserves the right in its absolute discretion to extend the closing date where the entries received are are not enough.

Award Participants are allowed to withdraw their submissions from #infinityBA at any time.
In the event of disqualification, the entrant may receive an email notification about the disqualification
You’ll need to make sure that at least you or a representative is present to attend the Awards event and associated activities. There’ll be the excitement of the workshops..
We also want you to help us or our Sponsors publicise the Awards. When attending any events related to the Awards, if requested, you or your representative must verbally endorse us or the relevant sponsor for the event.
If you’re a finalist or a winner we’ll need the blog owners, managers or assistants to be available for promotional appearances for us or our Sponsors.
We’ll give you at least seven calendar days’ notice of the time, date and location each time you’re required.
You agree that we may use your logo, business identity, details about your business or personal identity in any way in any material which promotes the Awards or the products or services of us or our Sponsors.
You agree to allow us and the Sponsors to contact you to provide comments about the Awards and to take photos or video footage of you, your business and your representative(s), and use any of the material collected as part of your participation.
If we do use any of the materials listed above, you grant us a royalty free, perpetual and irrevocable licence to use the materials for promotional purposes.
All entries must be submitted digitally via the entry form on the #infinityBA Awards website at https://infinityblogawards.com/registration-form/ No other method of submitting entries will be accepted.
Our awards entry form requires the entrant to provide a name, address, email address and phone number.
Applicants are allowed to enter as many blogs as they wish, in as many categories as they wish.
Applicants can make changes to their entry up to the point of voting.
Winners will be selected based on merit. There is no element of chance in determining the winners.

The judges’ decision is final and no negotiations or correspondence with entrants will be entered into.
Entrants must not contact, or try to contact the judges in any way, in connection with the Awards or in any way try to influence the decision of the judges.
Infinity Blog Awards accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the Awards, including attendance at the Awards ceremony or costs associated with submitting entries.
You are eligible to win in different categories. We reserve the right to withdraw a trophy if there are no eligible entrants to receive that trophy.
By accepting a trophy, you agree to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable marketing activities relating to the trophy including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed.
We reserve the right to use your comments, image and name for advertising and publicity purposes in any media in perpetuity without compensation
A trophy cannot be transferred or exchanged.
If a trophy has not been claimed it will be distributed at our absolute discretion and all other expenses associated with the trophies are the responsibility of the winners.
On submitting an entry, the applicant fully and unreservedly grants Infinity Blog Awards a royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive and fully sub-licenseable licence to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, creative derivative works from, and otherwise exploit any such material submitted, in whole or in part, in any form, including for promotional or marketing purposes; and to allow third parties also to publish this content where they do so in association with us.
Applicants are fully responsible for all content they submit to #infinityBA and accept liability for any actions relating to the content.
Any comments and reviews posted on the website by applicants or other users do not necessarily reflect our opinions and we are not responsible or liable for any content submitted by you or anyone else
Infinity Blog Awards reserves the right to cancel or amend #infinityBA and these terms and conditions at any time. .
Infinity Blog Awards will not be liable to applicants for any consequential losses (i.e. loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss or damage to data or information) arising out of, or in connection with, the provision of the service of publishing your entry on the Infinity Blog Awards website.
